What is the use and how to choose Paddles?

Our hand paddles are designed for power training. They help improve stroke and upper body strength. ‘Anatomic’ shaped paddles follow the natural contour of the hand. They help develop form and stroke while maintaining the hands’ natural feel for water. Ideal for all swimming levels.

A flat paddle delivers a precise entry into the water, during the ‘reach’ phase of the stroke. They are designed with centre holes which allow you a feeling of water pressure and are an excellent choice for experienced or professional swimmers. Created with adjustable and multi positional straps.

Our paddles are available in small, medium and large sizes. Larger paddles will cause more resistance in the water and will result in a higher-impact workout. Smaller paddles are most ideal for frequent use.

The strap design and layout allows complete customisation for a bespoke fit.
